Introduction to Private Fund Service Providers – Legal Advisors

As part of our series on the private fund space, we thought it would be helpful for prospective and emerging managers to understand who they need to partner with to launch new funds. Over the next two weeks, we'll publish a few infographics that include the logos and website links to legal advisors, fund administrators, and auditors.

Our initial list is based on data we retrieved from Pitchbook and supplemented with FinTech Law's current knowledge of the industry, including the following profile requirement s.

• Headquartered in the United States
• At least one new fund launch since October 1, 2022
• A minimum number of serviced funds and fund families

Based on these parameters, we identified the active firms in the private fund space and added their logo to the map. First up, we have our list of law firms, like FinTech Law, that can serve as legal advisors to fund managers. If you are a service provider in this space and are not listed, please let us know so we can accurately capture the landscape.
